Whereas in your letter yesterday into the several surveys and enquires into the condition of the wrecks of HMS HARWICH and HENRIETTA wrecked near Plymouth, that neither is found fitting to be built on or repaired, nor can be disposed of to any advantage to HM Navy, other than being broken up and reused for other requirements. Upon consideration we direct you to have them broken up.
