We enclose a copy of a letter to this Board of an offer from Henry Johnson to sell a new ship of about 530 tons for HM Service. We direct you to survey the ship and report to us her dimensions and your opinion if she is fitting to be a Man of War and if so what price should be reasonably be given for her.
