In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to let us know what care is taken by the Commissioners of Victualling following our Orders to you for sending to the Squadron now going to the West Indies, under the Command of Sir Frances Wheler, money for paying Short Allowance to the Seamen. We also direct you to cause HM Bomb Vessel CHARITY to be discharged from HM Service and the Seamen to be moved onto the Boyne.
