In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We understand from your letter of 2 November, that there are several other pilots, other than those mentioned in our letter of 29 October, that have made application to you for the like satisfaction for their services last summer on the coast of France, on board the Dutch ships by Admiral Russell's orders. You are directed to make out bills for these persons in the like manner as for the pilots mentioned in our letter of 29 October.
