In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the "Run" taken off of seamen of the ROYAL WILLIAM, who shall appear by certificate to have been so sick and indisposed that they were not in a condition to go on board the BOYNE as they were ordered. Also, the like should be done for the Petty Officers who had Captain William Wright's leave to be absent during the time that the ship was in dock.
