We have confirmed the warrant given by the Rt. Hon. Edward Russell, Admiral of the Fleet, dated 18 July 1692, to William Douglass to be Master Cook of the OSSORY. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 16 November 1692.
