In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Thomas Hughs, Boatswain of the ELIZABETH, is to be appointed Boatswain of the ST MICHAEL, in the room of the former deceased. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 17 November 1692.
