In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We understand by a letter of 19 November to our Secretary from Sir Francis Wheeler, that some of the ships of the West India squadron under his command want near 4 weeks victuals. You are directed to have the victuals for all the ships in the squadron to be completed at Portsmouth, in proportion to that ordered for the voyage.
