In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Robert Scarvell, Boatswain of the LEOPARD hulk, is to be appointed Boatswain of the SUFFOLK in room of the former removed into the LEOPARD. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is tro be dated 22 November 1692.
