In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commissioners at Portsmouth advise us that there are two Dutch men-of-war come into harbour to be cleaned. You are directed to give orders that these ships may have the use of the ways at Portsmouth for cleaning them, but that it be done without hindrance to the dispatch of ships refitting there.
