His Majesty has signified his pleasure, that two of the 40 shallops be lent in the condition they are to Captain Thomas Phillips, to be employed as privateers and to be returned in the same condition as lent. You are directed to let Captain Phillips have a choice out of the 40 lately built upon his entering into an obligation to their Majesties, with such penalty as you shall think fit.
