In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Bayley, Master Carpenter of the SCARBOROUGH ketch, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the ST PAUL fireship, in place of the former removed. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 30 November 1692.
