Captain John Bomstead, late Commander of the JERSEY, has been tried at a Court Martial and condemned for surrendering the ship to the enemy in the West Indies, and the Lieutenant and other officers acquitted. You are directed to have the Lieutenant and Officers paid the wages due to them.
