In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the KINGFISHER and the HAMPSHIRE sheathed, the former at Sheerness and the other at Portsmouth, and fitted out for a voyage to the West Indies. They are to be furnished with 8 months provisions of species proper for such a voyage, and for their middle complement of men, reducing the number of men now on board them.
