In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr Blackwell, their Majesties' Consul at Livorno, that as directed by the Earl of Nottingham and the Lord Sydney, he has disbursed several sums of money for maintaining distressed seamen that came from Toulon to that place, for which he has drawn a bill of exchange on this office. We enclose the bill and his account and direct you to solicit the Treasury for money to reimburse him.
