In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Clerks of the Cheque at the yards and the Muster Master in the Downes, send in their accounts weekly to this Board and insert only the names of ships they have the opportunity to muster. You are directed to give orders that in future, they put the names of all ships and vessels under their cheque at the time they send the accounts.
