In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of 14 April advised us that 2 falcons of about 500 weight (to be mounted on carriages) and 6 patereroes of about 100 weight and a half, will be proper for each of the brigantines the SPY and the DILLIGENCE, lately built at Deptford and Woolwich. You are directed to have the brigantines established with the like nature and number of guns.
