In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We enclose a list of ships from 1st to 5th Rate that are appointed for the main fleet. You are directed to send this to the Commissioners of the Victualling in order that they may solicit the Treasury for money to enable them to furnish the Pursers with the proper sums.
