Having ordered Sir George Cooke to send the DISPATCH brigantine, into Portsmouth harbour to be cleaned as often as he shall find it requisite for the service on which she is employed, you are directed to have her cleaned at Portsmouth as often as she is ordered into harbour for that purpose.
