Your letter of 18 April gave an estimate of the charge of repairing the boom and chain at Upnor in the River Medway, which is at present decayed and unserviceable, amounting to the sum of £504.12.4. You are directed to have the boom and chain repaired as soon as it may be done, without hindrance to the Service.
