Her Majesty's pleasure has been signified to this Board by Sir John Trenchard, a Principal Secretary of State, that Sir Richard Haddock, and other such persons appointed to pay seamen in the fleet, should go with ships to the Downes and pay the seamen there. You are directed to give the necessary orders.
