The GERMOON prize, employed for gaining intelligence of the enemy, you are directed to have her furnished at Plymouth with a boat of 8 oars, and fitted with two square sails, like a French fishing boat, and with other things necessary, so that she may be sent in amongst the rocks where the French fisher boats are to get intelligence of the enemy.
