In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We think that Mr Bathurst, Judge Advocate of the Navy, should be furnished with a boat of 8 oars to enable him to perform his duty in the fleet. You are directed to have him furnished with a boat, and all things fitting, from the Portsmouth yard, and delivered to the charge of the Boatswain of the DUCHESS where Mr Bathurst will reside when the fleet is at sea.
