Rear Admiral Aylmer, in his letter of yesterday which came to this office by express this morning, gives an account of the WINDSOR CASTLE being aground on the South Sands [Goodwin Sands]. I send you an extract of Admiral Aylmer's letter and their Lordships' directions that you are to take measures you shall think proper to save the ship.
