In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Burrell is to be appointed Purser of the new 4th Rate building by Mr Snelgrove on the Thames. You are to enter him accordingly, as soon as the ship is ready to receive him, together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 28 April 1693.
