In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Banton, late Master Gunner of the LONDON MERCHANT hired ship, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the new 4th Rate building at Deptford by Mr Castle. You are to enter him accordingly, as soon as she is ready to receive him, together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 5 April 1693.
