In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Greenhill Commissioner at Plymouth has put a stop to the delivery of the CRUEL Prize, taken by the SUDADOES, to Captain Townsend and now fitted as a recruiting vessel until the cost of transporting her from Dartmouth to Plymouth has been paid; but as Townsend had bought the vessel from the Commissioners for Prizes before she was refitted the charges are not to be pursued.
