In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Ordering Shallops to be supplied to the Fleet without delay and Tenders in the Thames to deliver their pressed Men to the PORTLAND. The Tenders are then to call at Sheerness with their Press Gangs in order to tow the Shallops to Spithead. Extra Men are to be taken from the SUSSEX, EAGLE Guardship and WOLF Hired ship to assist in this task and are to be returned to their respective ships on completion.
