In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Commissioners at Portsmouth are to be tried for embezzlement. Mr Whittaker, Solicitor to the Navy, has asked to be given the paperwork bearing on the issue such as Bills, Contract etc. He also requires Mr Graham, Clerk of the Cheque at Portsmouth to appear at the Trial with his Books and Papers.
