In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Admirals are reporting that the Carpenter of the Victory has informed them that at her last refit at Chatham he notified the Master Shipwright of her defects and that significant repairs have not been carried out including to her Beach Plank and her Ironwork. An instruction is given for an enquiry to be made, particularly as the ship has had to enter port again for further repair.
