Wanting to know when the Surveyor to the Navy will be at Falmouth so that the Bretheren of Trinity House can also be there when surveying the port; and requesting that the Navy Board urge the Surveyor to use his best endeavours in negotiating the purchase of land owned by Mr Morris where the new Dock at Plymouth is to be sited.
