In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Captain Bibb, Commander of the JAMES GALLY Petitioned that last year he took two French Privateers, one of twenty Guns and one of eighteen. We direct you to give Orders to the Navy Treasurer to pay out of the Moneys appointed for the Tear and Wear of the Navy to Captain Bibb the allowance made for the Guns and Tonnage of Ships taken from the Enemy. The said allowance is to be divided between the Captain and other Officers and Men who belonged to the JAMES GALLY at the time the Privateers were taken.
This shall be your Warrant, given at the Court of Whitehall.
