We direct you to consider what Sums of Money, and at what times, and in what proportions will be requisite to be furnished for timely carrying on the Works of the new third Rate Ship which you were lately directed to contract for, to be built at Southampton, without hindering the dispatch of the Works of the other new Ships building, and report your Opinion to this Board
