In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Knapp, Commander of the hired Ship New Africa, has informed us that her Owners have not yet supplied him with Credit, to enable him to provide what is necessary for the Ship in case she should happen to receive any damage abroad.
The Ship being designed immediately for a voyage to Elsinore, we direct you to cause the Owners to supply Captain Knapp with such Credits as shall be necessary.
