In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to consider whether some good sailing sixth Rate Frigates to carry twenty Guns each may be built either at their Majesties' Yards or or the Merchant Yards where third Rates are now building, without hindrance to the dispatch of the said third Rates or the other Works of the Navy, and report your opinion to the Board.
