In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We are sending you a Copy of a Representation to this Board from the Victualling Commissioners, dated June 17th, concerning six small Tenements belonging to the Victualling Storehouse at Rochester. We direct you to cause the said Tenements to be surveyed, and report to this Board your opinion which will be the best way to dispose of them.
You are also to let us know whether the ground on which Tenements stand, in case it shall be thought fit to pull them down, will be useful for their Majesties' service, either in the Navy, Ordnance or Victualling.
