We direct you to consider whether the four new Bomb Vessels lately launched may be fitted to be employed as Men of War, without altering the conveniences made in them for the Mortars, until there shall be occasion to make use of them as Bomb vessels, and to report your Opinion to this Board between this and Thursday morning next.
