In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Commander, Lieutenants and all other Officers and Company of the OXFORD (except the Warrant Officers) to be turned over to the SWIFTSURE, and that the repairs of the OXFORD ( which is ordered into Portsmouth for that purpose) be forthwith taken in hand and dispatched as soon as may be.
