It is represented to this Board that the Journal kept by Mr Caleb Baggs, late Lieutenant of the SHEERNESS, was, after his being slain in the Service, embezzled, amongst other things.
We direct you to cause to be paid to the Administrator of Lieutenant Baggs the Wages due to him for the time he served in the said Ship, notwithstanding the Journal is not produced.
