In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Navy Board have informed the Admiralty that the Yard at Portsmouth is desparately short of money Their letter is being passed to Lord Trenchard, Secretary of State for presentation to Her Majesty. Advice is also sought as to how the Justices of the Peace are to deal with the problem of supplying timber to Harwaich.
