In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
A new Fourth Rate building at Portsmouth to be named the WEYMOUTH will shortly be ready to be launched and is to be caulked. Her complement and armaments are to be the same as for the CERNTURION except that she shall have her highest complement of Men and shall be fitted for service in the Channel.
