We are informed that Robert Wardill and Nich Pamphilion, Shipwrights, who are impressed to serve in the yard at Portsmouth, are Yardkeepers, and the several persons mentioned in this letter who are likewise impressed to serve at that yard are Foremen to Yardkeepers in the River Thames. You are therefore directed to have them discharged forthwith. [names of 24 men serving in Thames yards listed]
