In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have seen your letter of today, together with that enclosed from the Commissioners of the Victualling to your Board, about the provisions issued which exceed the Declaration, An additional Declaration for 3,000 men will be sent to you , but so that we may know what quantity of provisions have been issued from this year's Declaration, you are directed to give orders to the Commissioners of the Victualling for an account to be prepared and sent to this Board.
