In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We send you the proposal of the East Country merchants, for the time of sailing of the convoy from the Buoy of the Nore and to stay in the Sound for such ships as shall be bound home. You are directed to let us know if this will suit those persons with whom you have contracted for naval stores, and if not, to let us know what they think is necessary.
