Your letter of 4 August desired to know whether the EAGLE at the Buoy of the Nore should be put on Petty Warrant for provisions as the commander had informed you that he had been directed not to spend his sea provisions. You are directed to have the EAGLE victualled with Petty Warrant provisions during the time she is at the Buoy of the Nore to procure men for their Majesties' ships, or until further order.
