In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Several men of the ST ALBANS did, some time since, come to town to petition this Board on behalf of themselves and others of the ship's company, for their share of the prize taken by her. Three of the men, namely John Rogers, John Jerome and Cockrell, were ordered by us to stay in town to solicit their petition and the others to return to their duty, which three men for their absence were made Run on the books. You are directed to have the Runs taken off and they be paid their wages to the time they were made Run.
