In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Your letter of 8 August advised us that the owners of the CORONATION are willing to let her to serve as a man-of-war of the 4th Rate, as she did formerly. It is your opinion that she be allowed 200 men and 48 guns viz. 18 12 pounders, 22 sakers and 8 minion. You are directed to have her fitted out by her owners for service in the Channel and victualled for 4 months with all dispatch.
