Your letter of yesterday advised us that the new 4th Rate building by Mr Robert Castell at Deptford, will be ready to launch on 24 August and we have named her the NORWICH. You are directed to establish her with the same number of men and number and nature of guns allowed for the CENTURION, and to fit her out for Channel service manned to her highest complement and victualled for 3 months.
