In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

It has been represented to this Board that it would be better to have the ordnance and great guns in the care of the Navy, proved in the place where they are made. It is ordered in Council that this matter be heard at the Board on the next Council day and that notice be given to the Admiralty, the Ordnance, and to the Navy Board, who are to attend the meeting.
