In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
By our Orders to you yesterday you are directed to get Stores ready to be sent to Cadiz Bay for refitting the Fleet under the command of Admiral Russell. We direct you that of the Ships which you take up for transporting the Stores, two of them be fitting Ships to make Hulks of, should there be occasion for it.
